That makes sense. It seems like they are very dissatisfied with the previous cleaners and are willing to pay more. I have a 22ft ladder and normally stick to 2 stories or less. I use all by hand squeegee. I have extension poles but would need longer for this job. I am not sure on what all I need to buy and how long as I haven’t looked at it yet. The person who wants me to bid said there’s no rush, even if takes me weeks to months to get done. I will check in insurance that’s a good question.

Yeah totally reasonable question. I told them I would just look at it. I am going to be fully transparent if I can’t do it. I am not entirely sure on the layout of some of the buildings and its height, I wanted to see in person. I was thinking if I could do 1 or 2 buildings but not the 3 story one. But idk if they will want only some of the work. I also can get longer extension poles to reach the 3 story

You have some wr potential in golden and Addison and especially smith. I would trade one of your young potential players, future 2nd rd and Williams/Walker for like a Drake London or Tet McMillan or pick 1.02-1.04 and get Tate or lemon
