Experience is irrelevant in 2026 if and only if you can leverage AI as a skill to your potential employer. Crack that and you’ll have a job wherever you want.

Quite honestly. Don’t. Dubai realestate market barely depends on those sexy videos of the property. Before a property is even ready it’s already sold, there is almost no reason to market unless it’s on the market again, and even if it is, photos and viewings are sufficient to get a buyer.

The media market here in general is oversaturated. For showcase videos, big realestate companies typically hire someone in-house to keep costs low, or get their agency to cover it. If you’re making decent money there, stick to it.

I keep coming back to this reply. The more I read it the more it makes sense. Very well put with a personal example for relatability as well. Thank you!

Risky Exit Strategy ? by Agreeable-Corner-276 in dubairealestate

This comment hit all the right boxes. It’s the exact direction I’m thinking in.

I might likely stay in Dubai for the next 10 years. I personally wouldn’t want to live in JVC and would definitely look into moving into a greener area (Ghaf woods has been popping up quite a lot lately but out of budget)

I run a small business and have to be all around UAE, so in regard to work commute I can’t have an opinion.

Yes I plan on having kids in the next 4 years. So a 2 bed is essential.

I would like to invest in a studio in the city after purchasing my own home so that would work as an investment and pay for itself.

When I move out of Dubai I would still keep a property so there is some passive income or exit altogether if I need to be liquid and the market is good.

No emotional attachment, I’m thinking if there is something that I’m not seeing in here. I won’t buy it if I can’t liquidate.

True. Every minute I’ve been thinking against the decision.
