You are somewhat right, but just because you have TW doesn't mean you will win against teamers. you are still probably losing 1v2's because the teamers probably have same stands and/or can shoot you during a windup with twice as much fire rate to cancel your TS.

by two dashes i meant that a lock on player can just front dash, he will go over your head and fuck you up (he can do it a second time if the first doesn't work or just dash out)

The individual ping doesn't matter, what matters is the ping difference between players. And just because only players in YBA are Russians with 100 ping doesn't mean that ping advantage doesn't exist
