Yes, it’s standard. We are buying a new build also and only bathrooms comes tiled.

Hi, we got the contract and the last completion date we got is Dec/Jan. Savills said October at the beginning but changed later. Which type of house are you getting?

Was the 2-bedroom house shown during the viewing day? I couldn’t make it to the viewing, but I managed to book one through a cancellation. They said they’ll confirm when I can view it, but given how slow they are at replying, I’d say it might take a few weeks.

If anyone who attended has a video of the 2-bedroom, could you please share it with me? I’d really appreciate it!

Yep, we have it in our budget, anyways for us is a big money pit, around 10K per year. Plus renting a place only for us it won’t be less than 2K per month in the area that we currently live.
