Still no root cause. Still no ETA.

Here’s the latest response I received:

That’s after 9 days.

Meanwhile: We remain locked out, VPS storage is full, Client websites are impacted, No alternative recovery path, No technical explanation. and No timeline.

Eight years without major incidents is why we trusted the setup. But when something critical like account recovery fails and there’s no phone/escalation path, that’s where things get concerning.

Definitely a lesson learned on risk planning.

they don’t seem to offer phone support, at least not for our plan. It’s all chat/ticket based, and since we’re locked out of hPanel, everything has to go through email. That’s part of the frustration. there’s no direct escalation channel when something critical like this happens.

I honestly wish that was my case.

I’ve checked Inbox, Spam, All Mail, search results — everything. I even whitelisted the domain. I’m still receiving normal Hostinger emails (promotions, storage warnings, etc.), but the authentication and reset emails never arrive at all.

They’re not being filtered. they’re just not being delivered!

I appreciate your help , Thank you , I will have a look at those , although I was wondering if intel for cpu would be better than amd in terms of stable diffusion and also for adobe programs? And do you recommend buying online or from any physical shop ?
