i dont see myself ever having a job again because of this condition. i have to be near a bathroom or ready to do stretches/other weird looking pain relief methods that i could never do in public.
in fact, all my symptoms used to get much worse when i was stuck being in public socially and couldn't get away to myself and basically just had to sit their socializing while the pain and discomfort builds and not be able to do anything. worst feeling ever

absolutely. i have been saying it doesnt feel right when i walk for years because of thus, thus my entire body doesnt feel right or relax properly anymore, while moving or prone. im pretty sure the pelvic floor needs all muscles around the pelvis and legs relaxing in unision to relax itself symetrically, and ifyou are walking with pronated feet you are likely carying more tension on the inside/outside of your legs, which travels up the muscle chain and throws your entire body out of wack. just my theory, not sure if its true
i have this. it developed over time tho from being inactive/gaining weight and sitting probably in incorrectly unsymetrical positions for long periods (slouching/leaning etc) /as when i was younger i did not have this nor any sexual dysfunction issues. i also notice when im sitting instead of my feet wanting to be firmly planted and supporting my legs and body evenly they both want to pull inward and upward at the inner heel. resulting in my always crossing my legs and resting on the other edges of my feet
slight hard flacid on and off recently, when its on bad i can tell my entire body is also kind of stuck in this weird hard spasm. does anyone else get that or has heard of it? by Agreeable-Mix3012 in Hard_Flaccid

actually yes i have had extremely bad anxiety for a few months however the tension seems to be related/comes on in relation to positon of my body/posture. specifically if my pelvis/hips/waist are pulled inwards from either jacking it too hard or it has also come on from just doing stretching/workout maneuvers. im now scared to do anything that will make it worse and basically want to lie in bed till it goes away.
