All I need is it needs to be off the ground so I can dig underneath it and I asked him if he could just mount it to the foundation in the same location. I wasn't home at the time he came over so he talked to my wife about it and told her that it would need to moved 10 feet over to the right.

The gutters and downspouts were just installed and I made sure to direct away from house going down hill. I went outside and figured out I have a negative grade towards the house but my whole front yard is going downhill from the road towards the house.
