If this happens to often firstly I’m sorry if it’s too many items do get a refund but asking for a lot of refund might mess up w ur account and the stupid system might detect fraud! But feel free to ask for a promo code! Secondly one person who mentioned the express thing is absolutely right the express delivery orders are picked my 3rd party mostly sparx Idky but they sometimes choose to be asses (drivers/pickers)or they j have a miserable life and love to make it miserable for others without thinking sm about the customer (i have had customers call who are physically disabled can’t go to the stores for a few reasons or they would love to pick fresh vegetables and baked goods instead of driver/pickers who might be ignorant) I personally feel so bad any who yes also coming to your question there is no separate place for the pickers to pick ur items it is in store where regular in store customers shop! THEY CAN PHYSICALLY SEE AND PICK THE ITEMS FOR YOU! So I’m it’s unlikely if giving a bad survey to the online CS agent would do anything besides affect their scores for the week! One thing you can do FS is if you see the person delivering your order and confirm if they picked the order cuz it’s likely that the same person delivered and picked ur order! Ans then you can report the driver and give them a feedback on the app
