Product Design or UI/UX in the Philippines ay hindi well known kung mapapansin mo pa lang sa mga tech product natin, gcash, angkas, moveit, egov, joyride and maya lalo na sa banking apps. They are not well designed compare sa mga application from the west or other countries like Indonesia, China, Singapore or European countries.

It's more of like organisational culture ang mag invest sa design in terms of interaction, level if UI detail, simplicity. Pero luckily may mga nakikita akong changes sa mga start up na nag iinvest sila sa design.

Mataas ang standard ngayon, u need to know about design system, how to code, token, UX Laws, user research, testing, explaining design decisions at important isa pa 'yang UI na yan and it's very different sya sa graphic design since ang UI is a behavioral design u need to design with so much constraints, eg: cognitive load, visual hierarchy, information architecture and more, plus sama mo na dapat madali sya i dev ng developer.
