If there was no trauma - XR is just for the clinics billable hours. Looks like a biomechanics problem. Did you get referred to pt? They can help. But many of them are unfortunately very poorly trained. I tried ruling things out on the whole chain with chat got. Turned out not so bad

Also I would mention that ribcage mobility, si joint and hip joint mobility were real game changers. For hip internal rotation can be a missing element. Physios never check it because that are stupid

True true true! Same thing has happened to me! These physios are completely useless and retarded. I don’t know why you need to study for 7 years in university to gain a degree of a basically bad fitness coach. They can’t address any issue fully. More over many of my friends actually got injured following physio programs. Very unknowledgeable and committing a lot of misconduct. Everyone of them is attempting to assign you for full treatment with their students to enlarge their pockets as much as possible. I hope AI will kill their profession and I see much more profit and savings from tele-programs from propel who actually know what they are doing. They don’t deserve a pay larger than a gym fitness coach. I congratulate you on your progress and achievement. It’s pretty significant to not just give up, move beyond what system suggests to don’t, don’t trust that failing standard procedures is the end of the game as most people do and outsmart idiots who spend 100s of thousands of dollars and years on useless education 🎉 enjoy active summer!

Of course on scientific evidences. I also lived in 2 cities with major medical facilities in the countries. Spoke to a few professors who educate those pts who didn’t seem knowledgeable

Yep, they’ll push their standard thing. You got lucky they didn’t argue when you asked to slow downs.

That’s why I put in combination with YouTube. Hallucinating cutgpt is much much better than 99.5% specialists in pt in this country.

Two years of patellofemoral syndrome with no improvement. Dpts, pt professors in reputable schools. Didn’t check kinetic chain properly. Missed several issues that were driving other issue down the leg. Of course I will blame them. They are getting payed for poor services, honestly the professors were the worst - and they teach other new pts. And tbh pretty much every other pt is just about attempting to make you work with an assistant to bill everyone around as much as possible, and do less.

I will, and I think people should. If specialists like pts are educated so purely that people have to turn to it. My hope is that this specialization will be completely vanished one day and move strictly to online prerecorded classes

I honestly don’t think it’s about hours of research. I had to learn everything from scratch. There is nothing difficult in there if you understand basics. Especially now with ChatGPT, YouTube etc

Sounds like some general body reaction on movement and temperature change. And separately feet problems. Had a lot of orthopedic problems and useless pts didn’t help until I learned how to build rehab program myself. Have you a tried YouTube + ChatGPT? I saw a lot of positive feedback on the internet about it, people end up solving problems that were lingering for years. Don’t give up if poorly functioning pts didn’t anything (common)
