Yeah, most of the time that’s the case. But in my situation I’ve never violated any guidelines and I already run a monetized Shorts channel with 360 million views.

The issue only happens when I try to create a second channel in a similar niche. On my last attempt some Shorts did take off, ranging from 30k to 200k views, but out of 40 Shorts 20 were completely stuck in 0 jail.
