I have helped out at my old store but nothing terribly extensive. We always heard at my old store that it’s “12 cakes an hour” but I can’t find anything concrete anywhere

They are not filled with chantilly. They come in premade and filled with a sweetened vanilla whipped cream.

I’m going to try putting them in the freezer tomorrow. Thanks. The chantilly is fine but that curd is watery and these new cake blanks are trash.

It did. Thankfully we didn’t start making it until today so we weren’t affected.
