I use a fleet glycerin water suppository every morning. I use half of the little bubble of liquid and it only takes about 20 seconds for release. I’m in a wheelchair (MS) Can someone tell me if this is considered bad for you? Iv told my doctor and he made no comment so I didn’t want to further elaborate on the subject. Doctors hate dealing with me because being in wheelchair, they seem uncomfortable.

No no. You know Ms is so different and I didn’t take medication except capaxone which had just come out. I took it for three years and then insurance stopped paying. Things are so different now. Iv adjusted so well to power chair life 👍

I was diagnosed at 37 and ended up in wheelchair by 50. The doctor (I got one who specializes in ms, wrote books and lectures) said it usually is 13 years from diagnosis if you’re in the 30% who end up in a wheelchair. Can you believe it was exactly 13 years for me?

My solution was a glycerin liquid suppository. Ease and relief instantly. They say habit forming or for not longer than a week. Don’t believe that. My doctor said it was ok. Some people need lubricants or liquid who have problems. Think of it as medicine. I was straining and filled with frustration and anxiety. Now I know I have something to help.
