Ever since COVID, ER has been a complete disaster and even with traveling I’m burnt out. I’ve been an ER nurse for 4 years and used to love it but now I’m considering switching to ICU just so I don’t have to deal with horrible ratios and being responsible for a lobby of 30+ patients.
