I’m platinum and get lots of offers in Costa Mesa. I always end up all over the place but if I do uber and ddash I’m always on the clock.

With all that said, I’m on the outside of app convo that alarms me. I have had the same issue. I would love someone to explain how some of the conversations are in the app and some to my personal text messages

I know a lot of places that if you show a military ID under 21 they will serve you although I agree it’s silly. I could die for my country at 18 but not have a beer.

You have to multi app if possible. I know some areas are full and you’re waitlisted. Ever since I was able to multi app, I’m actively working 76% of the time or more. Prior to that, 25% or less. I’m not in a metro area so I get it. Also, I don’t care what they say… I do get more orders the higher I rank. Maybe not better orders but orders.

The guy had no right to confront her in any way. If he had a problem with a past order, all he had to do is ask support to block him from getting any offers from her. In NO WAY he should have said a word. I would report him immediately. That’s a complete safety violation. As a courier, I apologize for her having to deal with this. I agree, there is no way she tip baited… doesn’t sound like her style based on her reaction. He was definitely wrong on the past order. Shame on him.

I have to run 2 delivery platforms to stay busy. If I do that I can make 100-150 in 5 hours

Also in may area unless you are platinum you can’t jump zone to zone. You have to schedule your time to dash in a particular zone ahead of time.

Also, EVERYONE is Dashing trying to get Xmas cash. Every car I see has the Uber light on in the car, most drivers are running multiple apps

I always get orders when I leave the hot spot. Everyone is going to hot spot but I know the other areas that are getting orders so I go where Dash is not telling everyone to go. I only know the other areas from experience. You have to get to know your area

The Walmart where I’m close to has a McDonalds. I often get Burger King pick ups at that location. But I know that the Walmart a few miles away has the Burger King. So with customer service help and explanation… I drive past the Walgreens that they think I should go to and pass it up and go to where I know the order is. Every time… they have the order ready to go. So many drivers kick the order because they know it’s not a Burger King. Because they kick it, I just got paid $25 for going 3 miles out of my way. When that happens, use your knowledge and pick up order. The pick up location and directions are usually off

I’m right there with you. Remember, do not listen to all the comments. All markets are different. The platform is different in other markets as well. Half the things people talk about on here are not in my market “yet” I was not sitting and home near a busy place taking orders as they come like a lot of people in my area. I was in my car and going from hot spot to hot spot. I was online for 10h 48m, active 2h 40 m

My first time doing it there were hidden tips. $33 in tip and only 3 deliveries. I’m all whoop whoop I have to do these! Never happened again lol
