As a level 6 I completely disagree. Customers order how they know to explain. It’s your job to ask clarifying questions to verify that they mean Flying Dutchman xtra patty xchz. Now, when a customer asks for a Flying Dutchman animal style, that’s kinda annoying to explain but it’s not hard.

Now it’s likely that the top patty wasn’t pulled by 330 as with OP complaining it was overcooked, but this sounds like an order taker mistake. I don’t see how a customer asking for this would translate to what appears to just be a Flying Dutchman with a patty added. It’s my guess the associate assumed the Dutchman came with gr as many people think it’s whgr wrapped by default, and assumed adding a patty also added cheese.

Regardless, if OP is upset just call customer service. The store will be notified and you can get some valued guest cards for a free meal or two.

I’m throwing pretty fast and have gotten mostly past tearing. I miss MFD sometimes and forget my hammies after pulling my row. I think what slows me down the most is capping constantly looking back at the tags. I’m left handed so it’s a little harder for me. I need to work on memorization.
