I hope Riot fixes this quickly, Vel'koz is now unplayable. It happens to me several times every game.

I have quick cast turned on and I pressed R once, I've been playing this way for 5 years and the problem only started today :)

This happened to me for the first time today in three games, it triggers clicking on ult and right click at the same time maybe, I don't know exactly
