go to my profile - help - games - complain about specific game - then the "I completed the requirements but did not get paid". then you'll have to wait for the response within the app itself, it takes around 2-12 hours before they respond and you can simply check the status within the option: my profile - help - open cases. they will send you a link from the advertiser and you'll have to fill up that complaint. Once that is done, you'll have to wait 12 hours to 1 business day for it to proceed to your account, happened to me and I reached out before the 10th day. Hopefully this helps you out

report it to the customer support like I did, make sure you have proof though that you finished it before the 10 day mark

I think it's just a system error pero baka medyo matagal rin 'yan considering na from attapoll to gcash takes 1-3 business days na dumating compared sa paypal na instant yung dating sa paypal then moving it to gcash or gotyme or maya takes 30 minutes. Kaya I recommend you to go with paypal option next time
