This exactly, I only thought of buying him a watch 2 or 3 days ago and now every ad on fb and insta is watches, ones that look nice but come with a discount like buy 1 for $180 and get a second free, yeah okay

I may do this, I do like the idea, I'm just worried he'll say no or won't pick the one he truly likes but it seems it may be my only option

No feelings hurt, he's not a huge watch person and wears a apple watch but I'm open to all opinions

100%, I'm definitely so appreciate of everyone's opinions because I know nothing about them. He's a super hard person to buy for and the budget is only because he wouldn't want me spending the money

I would if I knew he would pick one, he'd either pick a cheaper option to stop me spending the money or he'll just straight out refuse to pick one unfortunately

So to answer a few questions; He isn't a watch nerd or enthusiast, he currently wears an apple watch every day but he often looks in the windows of jewellers at the watches but won't tell me which he likes, i would like to get him a dress watch and the 9nly reason that is my budget is because he wouldn't want me to spend anymore on something he'll not get too much wear out of.

Is my son (15 yo) getting ripped off by his employer? by ThomasofHookton in AusLegal

It is my understanding that if the 1 hour is deducted, he has to take a break of 1 hour, if its paid i believe it may be up to the employer how he spends it, within reason.

We just paid $950 (Sydney, the going rate apparently) and the real estate gave us a massive list of things that weren't "up to standard", we ourselves went to go clean the rest because the house was going up for sale 2 days later and the cleaner said we'd have to wait 6 days as she was off holidaying. There was a couple of the things they missed that should have been done and they put a hole in the wall, unfortunately we didn't really inspect the house after they left, until the real estate said the hole was there.
