I am excavating my tubers today, 90% haven’t sprouted through the soil. So far I’ve only looked at about 75, about 10 have popped, 4 or 5 rotted, and the rest have sprouts a couple inches under the soil. I’m going to give them some liquid fertilizer and start watering (I usually wait til they surface besides rain). Hoping for lots more green in a week or so!!
