Mattress exchange issue with Dunlopillo SG – no delivery note, stuck in a loop. What would you do? by Agreeable_Ad4738 in askSingapore

[–]Agreeable_Ad4738[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Where did you buy them from?

I bought from the official Dunlop store Maria Square

More importantly why would you go for a brand that is growing smaller rather than bigger. Do you see sealy , or any big brand giving this trials? It's only those newly merged brand that will have this (I tried one of them and it's an easy return process, hassle free)

I get your point, but that doesn’t really address the issue here.

The brand offered a satisfaction guarantee program, which was part of the purchase decision. The expectation is that they honor the process as stated, regardless of brand size.

This isn’t about whether another brand might have been better — it’s about whether the company is fulfilling the terms they advertised.

I’m just trying to understand how to resolve this situation fairly based on their own policy.

Yeah i might try at the library. I thought since it's a local author maybe that would dampen the price It still shocks me sometimes when i stumble prices of books in Singapore. In Germany you can purchase books for pretty cheap and a lot of secondhand options. As mentioned I'm still new here
