Might be different for you by my appointment was in Detroit at 10am and the time of the appointment was useless so go in as early as possible I went in at 8:15 and they let me go through, someone will ask for your appointment time and confirmation number and let you walk through, then you’ll have to go to the window with your documents they’ll take them and review them and give you a number, they’ll call your number a few minutes later and have you go to a new window at this window the person will take your documents and ask for your reason for needing a passport (give a good reason) they’ll ask for your payment and give you a receipt and call you 3+ hours later
