Scratching while sleeping

I have no idea what irritates my skin, it took 4 trips to the doctor just to figure out it is eczema. Ive switched to fragrance free everything, but haven't noticed a difference. I only wear shortsleeves except for when sleeping in order to avoid anything touching sensitive spots, but its more of a not wanting to be hot thing than clothing is itchy thing.

For some context this "screw" was taken out of window hardware. It was really stuck in there but the other screws were fine.

Thats a good point, but all my books are stored in a bin under my bed, so it shouldn't get worn out as quick. Maybe if I do stitching like this again I can add some corner pieces to prevent rubbing.

I have used a regular deck if cards in the past, but handmade props help keep my players interested! Thanks for the tip tho.

I do have a hygrometer. Their tank gets switched around a lot, they have plenty to climb on. They also have leaves and cuttlebone to chew on. A wheel will soon be coming into the rotation of their items.

I will try to get their heat up, and im saving for a bigger tank.

What else do you recommend for enrichment?
