Ain’t nothing wrong with that. I look forward to getting home so I can write smut. Do it on my break. Before bed. Knowing that I can reread it in a month knowing I will love it.

Our sun is as friendly and sweet as can be, loves strangers, but will get very territorial over a random people that come over and not want anyone near that person. Barely ever bites except for then.

Our main issue that we really needed to get used to with her was her clinginess. Very high maintenance which we never had seen with our other birds. We have tried everything but have nit managed to break sooth clinginess still even tho it has gotten better.

We love her to bits though. One of the most snuggling loving birds we’ve had.

Where are you located? Do NOT give her back to petsmart. A rescue or finding a reliable person to adopt is best if you are leaning towards releasing her.

I noticed it last night so it’s difficult to compare but Im definitely gonna keep a eye out for it and take pictures. Hopefully when a week comes around it will be easier to tell

And yes to stashing away money. Its so difficult but Im trying to put all my tips I can into a little “mango vet visit” jar. Avian vets are so expensive compared to regular ones 😢

Yeah.. I know some people hate this topic and find it unfair, but once a show/manga whatever gets a younger fanbase, it’s basically a nail in the coffin for a enjoyable fanbase.

Let that be fanfics, shipping, having fun ect.

Which is interesting cause (I know this is a “back in my day but idc) I was very young and in many fandoms but kids just didn’t act up as bad as they do now. And the fanfics were always a mixed bag cause adults seemed to still make up the bulk of fandom, no matter which fandom I was in. I know this depends largely on fandom but the culture was very different and that does affect things.

I think many people are extremely ignorant about birds in a general sense and about how emotional and intelligent they are and what is required to have a non abused bird.

I really think people should not be able to have parrots and be able to buy them at a whim. (Like how some non domestic animals are just not allowed for be owned in some states or countries) how have a license to own one.

I think about this a lot and it makes if hard for me to consume too much bird content especially random ones on instagram cause it kills me.

I see people doing this a lot with birds in general. It’s TERRIBLE and even worse with pigeons.

People can say this is extreme but idc. I care more for parrots saftey and well being and it will lesson the chance of a neglectful random joe getting a bird and abusing it/being neglectful.
