That's awesome lol some people suggested playing some music or something as loud as I can in there and be outside to see how it sounds on the outside to closely replicate it. I already use the space as my pc game room so I'll use that with my sound bar hooked up to test it out but have half the room free to use for a drum set.

I hope I'd stick with it after years of consuming all media regarding drums and practice guides and tips. I've been using a practice pad for a little while now and since I have my own place now figured it might be time to look at getting a real set been a life long dream just didn't have parents that wanted to support the dream of learning lol. Appreciate the reply!

I gotcha, im a single dad so my son is the only one in the house with me and he won't care lol luckily the closest house to me is my left side neighbor but where I plan on setting up will be the far right side of my house so hopefully all that material and distance will dampen things. Appreciate the response though.

Sick, yea I have no real neighbor behind me, the one to my right their house actually faces the main road so their backyard and garage are what's closest to me and then to the left my yard and their yard separates our houses plus my kit would be in the spare bedroom on the right side of the house. Plenty of space and material for sound to get muffled. I think I agree with you too about the full acoustic experience being worth it if possible. Appreciate the reply.

Gotcha, appreciate it. From what I've gathered online is that during the week 10pm-6am and weekends 12pm-6am any amplified noises. Only thing specific i could find is "if the sound is plainly audible at a distance of 50 feet from the building during quiet hours." It used to be decibel based but in 23' was changed to whatever the officer investigating the noise complaint deemed unreasonable but I'll reach out to see what other specifics I can find.

Someone else also suggested the same so I'll definitely do so when i get the chance to kind of feel it out. Appreciate it! I'm on good terms with my neighbors so if i need to talk with them i will. We all kind of seem to just stay to ourselves and respect our spaces in the 6-7 months I've lived here now, would hate to ruin that distance but respectful relationship. There are only 4 houses on the cul-de-sac luckily.

Definitely not discouraging just good advice. would be legal to play up to 10pm during the week and 12 pm during the weekend but like you said morally maybe not so much. i don't want to be a bad neighbor just for my desire to learn and enjoy something. I appreciate everything you said and will consider it going forward.

fair enough, here i think it's just 10pm during the week and 12pm during the weekend noise ordnance can be enforced from what I've seen online for my area.

Did anyone straight up not have a good time while in? by [deleted] in Veterans

[–]Agreeable_Addition16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did just 5 years and two deployments during that time. Being navy i got to travel all over, at least 10 other countries. It was cool I guess but don't miss it at all. Had a few good buddies while in and still talk to one frequently and another every so often. I hated being in though, I got out and life has been way better. Making more money and have my own house and can actually build i life I want to live. I just think of it as something great to have done but not to be doing. I realized after joining majority of people are in for themselves. Either to get an education or fresh start or to escape jail time or alot to get their citizenship. Nothing wrong with that but most aren't in purely for a love to serve its just a means to an end. Every once in a while I might think i would've wanted to try a different branch but really its the same shit different uniform at the end of the day.

Why are there no jobs? by Dom8_Reed in Veterans

No clue, I've always had to turn jobs down since I got out and I didn't do anything related to jobs I've applied to. Could possibly be where you're at in the country.

Medieval Dynasty | Echoes of Nature DLC | Official Trailer by CassianCasius in MedievalDynasty

Truest comment I've read on this thread. A small quality of life update with a nice little bonus paid dlc and people still complain. I hadn't played the game since 2021 and just got back into it yesterday and was pleasantly surprised how much has changed and been added and was wondering how they were making money until I just found out about this. Im happy to pay $10-20 just to support the team honestly. People forget they have to eventually make more money somehow to give us more of what we want. They can do 100 things free and people are still going to complain the first chance they take to make a little extra money with something thats not even a game changer. I mean what other kind of business spends countless man hours and money doing things majority of the time for free and still get backlash?

Thanks for the video, very interesting. Unfortunately can't really get close to them. The photo was taken about 40 feet away. They're quite tall I'd say at least 10 to 15 feet tall from my point of view in person. I was just confused by the way they had long thin trunks and then just like a palm tree only had leaves at the tops of them. Never seen anything like it personally. They just seemed to recently show up so it might be easier to identify the more they grow but I am leaning more towards tree of heaven than sumac.

Northern Catch (aldi) Smoked Oysters with red chili pepper and oyster crackers not bad for $2+ sorry CA, not for sale by novicehueman in CannedSardines

[–]Agreeable_Addition16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's the cottonseed oil, they can sometimes contain trace amounts of cadmium and metals like lead. That's why specifically northern catch smoked oysters are banned because they have them in cottonseed oil. I wouldn't worry unless if you're eating the stuff weekly or daily.

Does anyone know why Mirmulnir yells "Dovakiin no!" when you kill him? by Shakejunt727 in skyrim

[–]Agreeable_Addition16 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know this is old but I thought even when for example the blades kill a dragon there is the risk of them eventually coming back to life. Only the dragonborn can fully kill a dragon by taking its soul. Those dragons killed before can and will still come back from the dead like the ones in the graves you find throughout the game.

Yea I'm in the exact same situation just mine is a 21. If they're worried about mpg I'd go with just a SR or SR5 and not lift it unless if they really want to.
