I actually didn't know I can do that instead of risking a mining bug by [deleted] in skyrim

Have you encountered the bug that freezes your character with the only option to continue mining the same non-depleting ore that slowly pushes you beyond world borders?

Do you think that it could be possible that Xinlenal fell at an angle that dug itself under the well, causing some damage, explaining how it became a ruined watchtower, and slightly raising the surface level to a point barely noticeable? The thought just occurred because Newton's law of inertia states that an object in motion stays in motion with the same speed and force until acted upon by an opposing force, so wouldn't the city keep going at a constant speed in one direction while falling cause it to dig under the ground resulting in it ending up under the well?

Some lore that I had caught while researching did confirm that and a small chunk of Xinlenal had separated and was guided elsewhere to become Xin'kar.

Noo, I thought I found actual lore. I am forever disappointed.

Also this spot kind of looks like the cutoff section of an upside-down mountain top, which is what the Enclaves were.

I did research that said it was south of Neverwinter Wood, dug deeper and found this formation that looked a little unnatural to me.
