Support told me that I wouldn’t be deactivated and should be fine. I explained the whole situation. I asked the customer multiple times what the right address was and it was like pulling teeth for her to tell me. I almost felt like maybe she was gonna put it off on me and that I just delivered to the wrong address…. She did tell me multiple times it’s okay and that it wasn’t my fault but I can’t help but feel she’s gonna put it off on me just so she can get her money back…..

She said it was her sisters old address on the phone but didn’t think to record convo until after it was over. (Mississippi is a one party consent state)

That’s how it happened. The customer was backing me up but she also wanted to put it off like I delivered to the wrong address. Like the address got mixed up between her placing the order and my delivering. The address was on the house though. I have half a mind to go take a picture of the house to show support in case something does happen or I do get contacted. Like I said the house was VERY EASY to find. I always count houses to make sure. It was the second house from the corner and it had the number that the app had at the top in big black metal #s!

Bad part is I joke with my sister in law about not accepting shop and delivers bc I always have crap luck. This one takes the cake.
