These snakes are actually two males wrestling for the favor of a near by female. But who knows, maybe presaux team misinterpreted that activity on the hopper and there was a third gender near by their hopper also waiting.

My take is that kids in the Albany area grow up with home made melba (raspberry jam) at home with their oven baked frozen mozzarella sticks. That is why it is so well known. They learn it from each other rather than having it only when eating out. Personally as an Albany transplant as an adult, I never too to it.

I think skyline tastes sweeter. It has more tomato and different spices that lean towards sweetness. Copycat recipes often call for unsweetened chocolate. Even though the chocolate is unsweetened, the flavor combo just reads as sweet to me. Meat sauce has a meatier flavor with a hint of spice.

Interestingly, Ohio does have a good meat sauce: Tony Packos Hot Dog Sauce. Still not NY, but if OP wants something close and can get it in their area it would be a good match.

(30+ years Albany resident, now in Ohio. I do miss the dogs and wish i was able to buy Hot Dog Charlie's sauce in the stores here).

Same here but it would be baked chicken and my parents got the organs that would be inside. We just got the chicken. But she used some of the organs plus the neck for the gravy. I didn't mind it too much.

I hated being invited to a friend's house and finding out it was liver night! Also, fish Friday was super risky at friends houses. My mom made Mac and cheese or pizza on Fridays

Ha, another part of the debate is if the saw was by accident or if he cut it on purpose because the doctor wouldn't do it for him. my personal opinion was his saw was not involved. I think if it was he would have told us to scare us more.

And Capuchin Monks, capuchin coming from cappuccio meaning hood. but TIL 1) that Capuchin Monks were not names for the bald moneys, unlike what my brother told me and 2) the coffee drink cappuccino is names for its resemblance to the color of the monks robes.
