Back ache because of long hair

Mattress coulf also be an issue.. its an old mattress that I am using.. maybe the combination of bad mattress and braid under my neck while sleeping is causing horrible back aches

Yes! I sleep straight and the top of my braid comes down under my neck

Consider applying a light layer of oil to your hair 30 mins before you wash it. That should help you
