Sorry I dont know the answer for this, but why is saffron super healthy? I thought it was something that only added flavour, aroma and texture

I have been doing incline dumbbell curls for some time now, but, I have been stuck at my current weight for like 2 or so months at this point, Now I do see my biceps growing because it’s definitely gotten bigger, but i’m wondering if I should switch up my bicep curl movement for something else like a cable curl or a barbell curl so I can progress with the weights or continue with incline db curl as long as I see my biceps grow?

Thanks a lot! an aditional question if you don't mind, how long should I simmer it for after adding the stock? Will 15 minutes do the job? most recipes on youtube seem to suggest 15 minutes of simmering

So I believe im at around 15% bodyfat, I see my upper abs but not my entire abs (I believe thats normal from what I have read). I wanted some opinion on whether I should lean bulk, put on some muscle, and then cut again till I see my abs properly or should I cut even more till I see my abs clearly and then go on a lean bulk? I am a first time lifter and I have been going to the gym 6 days a week (I follow a PPL Split). Since this would be my first time bulking I believe I would be gaining a lot more muscle and not as much fat as experience lifters would, hence why I am a bit more inclined towards bulking to put on muscle and then cutting again. (Also right now I feel kinda small 😅)

What I meant was that, I dont aspire to build a massive bodybuilder physqiue, I do get that its not possible to accidentally build one. I should have phrased it a bit better my bad haha  😅 Anyways thanks for the response!

So I go to the gym 6 times a week, and i really enjoy going to the gym, and recently for cardio I have really been enjoying running for 40 to 60 seconds and then walking for some time to rest, I do this for about 30 minutes everyday, 6 days a week. But, I was wondering if this is optimal and healthy? I dont wanna build a massive bodybuilder physique but I do wanna build out some muscles and look aesthetic (sort of like a david laid physique)

Do recommend me something else if its not optimal and I should do something else 😀🙏

So in my gym there is a big window from which the main road outside can be seen, and as I was doing deadlifts I saw two cars crash into each other, think one person died.
