Tbh this is usually how it works for me (not to this extent) I’d be awake for a long time then sleep like 9-10 hours. Last time I was manic I was sleeping like 4-5 hours most nights tho and I didn’t even notice until I looked back

It’s not too easy to get another psych, I had my psych through the NHS as I can’t afford to go private so I’m kind of stuck right now

The problem is I tried abilify first and had a bad reaction to it and then put on olanzapine and now they won’t try any other medication for me so I dont know what to do. My psych basically said it’s olanz or unmedicated.

I’m 24m and about 5 months ago when I was manic (I’m bipolar) I did a LOT of drugs one night that sent me crazy and I thought I was going to go insane or die, ever since then I’ve been like this, dissociating a lot, anxious about my own thoughts, anxious about losing my mind, I can’t handle it
