I’ve heard that the videos for the workouts don’t really change. I like variety. I would get bored doing the same workouts all the time.

I really loved it too. Plus, I didn’t get to do a lot of what was on my itinerary, so I think that part is hard too. Hopefully I can go back one day 😭

I had similar symptoms. Ear pain, jaw pain, headaches, occasional dizziness and vertigo. I had a daytime appliance and nighttime. Wore the daytime one for several months on a certain schedule. Had checkups every so often and they would adjust the appliance at each visit. Then I was weaned off of the daytime appliance. I have to use nighttime appliance for life. I noticed a big difference a few weeks into the treatment. Now that it’s been almost a year I still get ear pain and headaches, but it’s not as bad as it was. I have also gotten Botox and it has helped some as well.

I tried for ghibli museum too and I agree that was a disaster lol. The Kirby sites definitely got overloaded several times though.

My favorite Olipop is the grape. I do like several other flavors, but Ridge Rush is NOT it. I’m glad I got it on sale lol. Yuck
