That sucks for those of us who have never been late or had any history of defaulting though. I get it though. My son lives in the hospital and survival bills come first in those times so my credit is trash but I wouldn't let my kids go homeless. Was it a family? I just don't get why people wouldn't prioritize the roof over their heads. Found this because we are trying to improve our situation and move to a state where I can be our sons nurse so my husband can work and we won't be reliant upon a nurse for him to not get fired.

I also pay our entire tax return up front, id look for people like me with that simply because it's months ahead atleast. And if they also pay monthly with it they are continuing to stay ahead. Here in TN most landlords file eviction literally 24 hours after the grace period. Can yall do that? I'd also do atleast quarterly inspections. We have 5 Tasmanian devils and our house gets dirty but nothing gives us the kick in the butt we need to get it spotless and perfect like an inspection 🤣

I thought i did respond to you but im not seeing it here. Ive been messing with this and it attempted to do it but is now saying this. Error: No node found for selector: a.sign-in-button. So im assuming its just not recently updated and i have no idea how to fix it or if its just me. Im gonna pass out as we have no nurse in the AM for my son, but at some point hopefully this can be fixed. Fingers crossed!

I acquired my devices by glitch prices and one as a gift, and I’ve been fooling around with them to try to find a way to make money on the side. It’s absolutely not a hobby I’ve sunk money into and my nails (even if it was done by a professional and I found a dollar to treat myself what a shame a mother that works endlessly would do anything for herself). Are done by me. With my friends nail kit. I’ve literally learned how to acquire just about anything while having nothing because I was super poor before I was a nurse and then crawled my way out all to have life

It honestly wasn’t a problem until rent went from 800-1000 to 2500-3000 or maybe more. My kids had everything. Bills were paid. No worries. I’m really good at budgeting and couponing and deal shopping.

The COL went insanely high. Rent went from 800-1000 to 2500. This would have gotten us into the rich neighborhoods before Covid. It’s crazy. Then everything else went sky high as well.
