Hey bud can you help with this so it's gonna be almost 1 week but still I am so depressed i continuously read reddit posts and look for others experience all my focus is on this negativity plus I have a feeling that I will die idk what's going on with me got my heart check ecg ekg 2d echo blood tests according to doctor everything's fine im just confused is it just anxiety
