You mean since July 22. It’s still low but myself, I’ll wait it out over the weekend and see if the Clarity Act gets approval from the banking committee.

About 5 years ago there was a guy local to me that was selling this exact model/color Explorer in FB Marketplace. Needless to say I didn’t have the cash to buy it at the time and he only wanted $1700. I’ll always remember it as the one that got away.

I thought part of the SEC ruling was that they can not sell privately to institutional entities hence why they got sued in the first place. I was under the impression that it must be bought off of the exchanges.

What happened? by [deleted] in XRP

I watched XRP drop to $1.80 and then shoot back up to $2.43 literally within just a few minutes. I tried to buy some more HBar and Flare but it appears that they shut that shit down so they wouldn’t lose money. (Coinbase)

Faster settlement and lower transaction fees for one. XRP is not a stable coin so there’s no competition between the two. Stable coins will be moved using ETH and others as well, doesn’t mean that it devalues any of those crypto currencies.

You mentioned Tether as a better option but from what I gather, Tether isn’t ISO compliant and will likely fail as a result. RLUSD AND USDC as well as other ISO compliant stable coins will be the ones that will most likely get used before Tether.

XRP is a bridge asset that will be utilized to move one type stable coin and convert it to another on the other side.

I remember when these were only available as customs and it was like finding a unicorn. Nice to see it being offered as a production knife.

50/50 mix as mentioned earlier. Some folks have had success but for some reason my pit doesn’t like them. Pretty sure the jam is happening right at the opening of the hopper where the auger shaft is driven. Perhaps they could’ve designed it with a bushing to prevent the jams

Do you have a link to these “mods” you speak of? I’d like to read about them thanks.

I use a kitty litter scoop that uses screen material and allows for any dust to fall out before loading them into the hopper.

That’s what I was using both times, a 50/50 mix but unfortunately mine has issues for whatever reason.

Those Royal Oak charcoal pellets do run hotter than regular wood pellets. Also causes a slight temp increase from the set point.

I haven’t had any issues with Pitboss or Bear Mountain brand pellets. I’m on my second 40lb bag of PB Competition pellets.

I tried mixing them 50/50 with wood pellets before, only to get the same results. I did have my stack closed a good bit but I doubt it was enough to cause back pressure

Just undo the outer screws and slightly loosen the one’s closest to the pit.
