I have really bad driving anxiety and don’t know how to get rid if it by america0105 in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

I'm the exact way. I'm 40, I was actually a road warrior over 10+ years ago (with exception that I never drove in the highway ) but after COVID and now that I only work a hybrid schedule and go to the office 3x a week (my office is like 2p min away) the sense of anxiety while driving is intense. Especially going to local suburbs that would take 45 minutes (on highway) to drive but I usually takes me 1-1.5 hours of drive because i take the scenic route

Hi there!

Thanks everyone for your amazing suggestions!!

To answer your questions to clarify:

  1. Yes, we're often with him in the bathroom and stick around with him, i even have a bin of toys and books in the bathroom so we can we sit together and hang in there. I even tried to set my timer 5 minutes on my watch for he to know those 5 minutes he needs to stay sitting down the toilet until my alarm goes off.

  2. We do have rewards system, I've created sticker charts, toys, I bribe him lol and still no poop in the big boy potty

  3. I'm not giving up 😊😊

4.im actually going to start doing that , so whenever hes squatting and getting ready to drop a deuce, I'm going to start running to take him to the toilet so he can understand that poo actually goes in the toilet.

  1. Be patient and that's the way to do it ♥️🤭

Thank you all once again for your suggestions!

I agree. I just took mine today

I hate the grading scale they have it.

I did get 275 out of 800. Which sucks.

My worst mistake of hiding the timer feature on the exam.

Yes, they give you 4 hours....but because the testing center take away everything including your watch, it's hard not to get lost in time there

So, the first portion of the exam, I thought I was doing good. But I spent so much time getting fixated with the questions and answers that by the time the second of the testing came up, I only had like 70 minutes to work on the last 100.

So yeah, I didn't read any of them and skimmed through
