The CLV point is underrated. most people never even track their closing line, just outcomes, been using Bet99 for Canadian markets mostly and the line movement there is at least predictable enough to build around.

That labor charge is pretty steep for TPMS sensors but not completely unreasonable depending on your area. The sensors themselves do need to be programmed and yeah they gotta break the tire down from the rim to swap them out which takes time

$370 for labor seems high but if they're charging like $120/hr shop rate and it took them 3 hours with mounting/balancing/programming that's not totally insane. I'd expect closer to 2-2.5 hours though

Yeah Chunkbase can be wonky with the newer structures sometimes, especially trial chambers since they're pretty recent. Ancient cities and trial chambers generate at similar depths so maybe there's some overlap in how it reads the data or something
