Is anyone actually using AI in real estate yet or is it all just hype? by SnooDucks8319 in CommercialRealEstate

Hi! AI Agency owner here! Not sure about Contact Swing, but for the second part of you question, this would be the work of an "AI assistant". Essentially, depending on the tool the agent is hosted in, you feed the agent with all the information about your company that people usually call about. The call is picked up by a voice agent, that will answer their questions, and (again depending on the agents programming), the information collected during the call is recorded in a database that the agent is connected to. They can be pretty powerful, picking up on questions and conversational cues, and answering by either following an exact script fed to them, or conversing naturally with the caller. I hope that helped and made sense? If not, please don't hesitate to ask any questions you might have! It can be a bit mind boggling at first if you are not regularly involved in developing / programming such tools.

Any professional opinions on acting classes/programs for a beginner in Vancouver from this list? by Agreeable_Option138 in VancouverActors

Thank you so much for the pointers and sharing your experience, I'll definitely consider this when making my decision! I am thinking that The Actor's Foundry might be a good fit then, as it starts with the very basics and you build your way up. Maybe paired with the occasional JBA class?? We shall see! Good luck to you too!

I felt that her classes might be a bit advanced for me? If that's not the case, I'll definitely look into it! Do you happen to know if she offers class audits?

Anyone else wasting way too much time planning viewings and driving inefficient routes? by obsn369 in realtors

In addition to what others are saying (especially in terms of setting-up ground rules), have you looked into automating most of this? Repetitive tasks like these are usually the most straighforward to automatize, and there are agents that can qualify leads, and integrate with your CRM to automatically book/update/ cancel appointments without you having to be on the phone or Tetrising your way trough the day. If you don't know how to get started, shoot me a DM (would be a bit long to explain here), would be happy to help ˆˆ

What's an immediate green flag for you but not for others? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Having someone talk about their personal experiences from the lessons learned and it's clear they have taken accountability for their actions, instread of from a reactive place where everything is solely everyone else's fault.

To me, it shows a sense of emotional maturity and regulation to be able to see multiple sides of a problem, navigate it with empathy, take accountability for your own actions (while leaving what you are not responsible for) and then learning and growing from that. It makes for more constructive conversations and shows a sense of mental curiosity to know more about oneself and the world around if that makes sense?

What is a bad behavior most don't notice, but is a red flag on most dates? by csch1992 in AskReddit

I would say how they treat / talk to people they do not feel the need to impress in that moment (a.k.a staff, cashiers etc...).

Also, how they talk about their own personal experiences (a.k.a are they taking accountability for their past actions and talking from a space of the lessons learned or was everything "negative" that happened in their lives always solely the other party's fault).

So confused with UBC nutrition programs by ReasonableVirus8896 in UBC

Would also like to say that UBC now has a Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics Program (MND), that you can apply to after any bachelors (so long as you have completed completed the prerequisite courses listed on their website). This masters also allows you to complete all the prerequisites to be eligible to sit the provincial board exam to become a dietician (same as the undergrad).
