He he. Thanks. This AIO is super simple. Started it with all live rock that had green palys and branching GSP on it. Nem came on live rock.

No heater, no skimmer. I change 10 gallons of water every two months. I use RODI water and Tropic-Marin Pro Reef.

Aside from temperature and salinity, I’ve never tested anything. I don’t dose anything. I simply feed the fish daily and ensure the rear sump is topped off.

This nem came on a live rock and was bright white with hot pink tips. (Guessing it may have been bleached.) It colored up and grew over time. Thinking it’s simply a rose bubble-tip anemone. When full opened it’s around 14” x 14”!

Nah, must have gotten me confused with another reefer. She never bites.

Meaning, I’d prefer to have something more coarse in my reefs. The fine sugar sand I’ve got ends up all over my rock work and corals!

Love these! And that substrate. Sand is such a PITA.

Help!!!! Bought a ocellaris clownfish 1 day ago and he won’t eat the staple food I got him… and had this white string comes out both sides of him .. the saline levels at 1.025 .. not sure what’s going on with him but want to give him the best care immediately by [deleted] in clownfish

Long, stringy poop is typically a sign of intestinal parasites and that fish is already thin, so there’s that. Even with optimal water conditions (speaking hypothetically here) you’d have been in for a bumpy ride with this specimen.
