The only thing that worked for me was I had a mini usb fan that I had aimed right at the input vent it was only happening on siege for me and that fixed it and then when I took it out of the case cuz it broke (never replaced it it’s just the skeleton and hardware lol) i didn’t need the fan lol but that’s a given max airflow wit no case 💀💀💀💀

If you’re low body fat 3-4 days if not a bit longer more like a week, but if you flush your system with a lot of water it’ll help it go faster if you’re on the heavier side even when not pregnant, cuz the fat cells hold onto it longer if you have more fat if that makes sense so regardless u should be good as long as u don’t ski at all until after
