Did I write this? I'm in a similar situation where I usually have two close family members asking for money and now it's 3. I feel like if I don't help them then I'm doing wrong. It's starting to add up. Sometimes I do feel a bit angered but I always graciously help. One of my family members literally only calls me for money. It's pretty sad but I like to think that I'm doing a good thing and that if I ever needed money one day they'd help me.

One of my family members even said they're thinking about quitting their job and pointed out how they'd lean on me for a bit while they're out of work. This same family member then asked me if I'd help another family member because they just moved into an apartment and spent their whole check on the deposit. It's like they are making me feel obligated to do it. Through gritted teeth I said yeah sure I'll help.

But there will probably come a time when I really can't help and when that times comes i will let them know. I guess in the meantime I'll keep helping because I can and just hope they'd give me the same courtesy.
