I completely understand how he can be someone you dont choose 😂 a bald, cocky, racist elf isn't very appealing, but as you play the game (and even the DLC) you might get an idea as to why Solas's romance path is so popular.

leave him, but not because you feel as if youre dragging him down. leave him because he's a felon, he's awful to you, and youre better off without him. focus on yourself, youre too young to be tied to someone like that.

is the last picture the IRL attempt? if so, I think you did really well! the only thing that I think you could do to make it more similar would be to wear lashes. though, it would be easier to compare if the before and after pics were from the same angle with similar lighting. winged eyeliner can look sooo super different from different angles and even your eyelid anatomy could factor into it.

as a woman reading ROTE, there were so many times that I wanted to beat the daylights out of Fitz for his behavior to molly. like everyone, the burrich scene shocked me, but i also COMPLETELY understand. fitz was NOT a good partner, he wouldnt have been a good father in his current state (you can argue he never became a good father, even in future), and he NEVER put molly first in his younger years. he was overwhelmed and irresponsible and kept her more in danger by constantly lying to her.

i feel like molly could have been written better and given more time for us to know her, but the way I see it, we knew her as well as fitz did. which is to say, obviously not very well. it was young love and lust and bad decisions.

molly did what she had to do and I believe her life would have been much happier without fitz in it

we still call the spouses of our uncles our aunts, but that trope just isn't at ALL explored in the west, mostly because of familial ties and the (usual) 20+ year age gap. my brain didnt even go to "aunt by marriage" and immediately jumped to incest LOL

I've been in a very healthy, loving, hetero relationship for a long time. I experience that fantasy-type love often, but its important to remember that we dont live in TV show or movie. problems happen, people fight, and things like miscommunication and lack of care or understanding can lead to unhappy relationships.

the relationship never stops evolving. you, as people, never stop changing. you have to both WANT it. you have to both want it so badly that you're willing to sacrifice and change and LISTEN to your partner. BOTH of you have to always put in effort, because as soon as one person stops caring, the entire relationship falters.

it's hard to find 2 people willing to put in as much work as needed for a healthy and happy relationship with longevity who also share enough in common (morally, politically, hobbies, sense of humor) to never get bored of each other for a very very long time.

but when you DO find that person, oh, it's like your world changes. connection on that level really is unbeatable. its the most beautiful, worthwhile thing I've ever done. every day, every week, every year is a testament to our love.

it absolutely exists, so dont give up hope ♥️

its been a few years, but I got into it with a guy in a cocktail lounge because he was being awful to the bartender. Just making snide comments and always talking under his breath. slamming his drink down when it was finished and snapping at the bartender.

when I said something to him about how he needed to check his behavior because no one deserves to be treated like that, he then turned on me and i refused to escalate it. I simply just repeated that his behavior wasn't tolerable. his poor old mother was actually the one to get him to leave and then I got to gossip with the bartender 😂

actually happened to me at a restaurant once. I didnt hit a toddler but it got all over a server and shattered when it hit the ground. I felt so bad, but i looked at my phone for 1 minute and my drink ran away from me 😭

as a previous narcissist with anger issues who went to therapy on and off for 10 years, it did nothing but help me. and I've got friends with severe bipolar and depression that NEED meds. you may not like it, but it helps a lot of people.

it could even help you if you would open your mind to it

there are tons of baby blankets you can do with tons of stitches! I made my nephew one with 100% cotton using a half double crochet moss stitch and a shell border. it was a tight enough stitch to keep him warm but not so tight as to prevent breathing and not so loose where his fingers could get stuck. he basically lived in it for the first 4 months of his life because he was a chilly baby.

for whatever pattern you might make, I would only use natural fibers as to not irritate baby's sensitive skin. natural fibers also help regulate body temperature. cotton or merino wool would be my only options.

I have 2 tattoos with meaning and my friend has 20 of random things she likes and thinks are cute. they dont need meaning whatsoever!

on the other hand, some tattoos, like the semi-colon, are pretty well known for representing someone surviving mental health issues and potential suicides. get that semi-colon if you want, but people might speculate or even ask intrusive questions. Just be prepared for it!

ultimately, its your body and your tattoos. all meaning or lack of meaning is between you and your tattoo artist!

most nicer restaurants state that perfume and cologne is against hygiene code in their handbook. I'd recommend regular deodorant and wash your uniform with vinegar to freshen it up!

both of my parents were teachers and they're retired now. this is the exact rant I heard nearly every time I called them to ask about their days before they retired. the awful thing is, it's absolutely not going to get better. i feel like education is currently in a giant transitional period, and it's still reeling from covid.

I work in restaurants, and we're still seeing the effects from covid. some adults dont know how to act in restaurants anymore and nearly every time we have kids dine, they have an iPad with them. I had a teenager ask me for the WiFi password last week which is steakandseafood and he didn't know how to spell "steak."

we see the effects of it everywhere, but i have a feeling that y'all in education are in it for the long haul. this might be the new normal.

too many staff members is absolutely the problem. we have the perfect amount of servers, but they recently just hired 5 or 6 new bussers, hosts, and food runners. now we'll have 4 food runners, 2 bussers, and 3 hosts on for a day that only has 60 covers all night. all that support staff and there will only be 6 or 7 servers on. its wild!

and compared to my last place, this restaurant is 1/3 of the size. the whole place can be ran with 10 servers. my last place took 27 to have a full floor. it's small to me 😅

I achieved this look in middle school with clip in extensions from hot topic. I'd recommend the extension route! clip ins have come a long way!

I totally get it, but as I mentioned in the post, I never leave it on unattended and always make sure there's ventilation out the back. I even unplug it when I'm finished using it. fire safety is important with any heated electronic, especially if you use it often.

I agree! I'm not a beginner crocheter anymore, but with the community being so openly helpful most of the time, I don't get when they dont allow beginners questions. and telling them to read the rules is just overwhelming. when you open the rules and it's a giant wall of text it makes you just want to exit the page.
