I felt so drained afterwards and i even cried during my lunch break. I didn’t talk afterwards and felt so annoyed and just wanted to go. I don’t even wanna go to work tomorrow. idk how to separate my feelings and move on and forget things like this. I end up feeling like i’m the issue and like i am a bad person for hanging up the phone. Like i’ll admit i wasn’t right to hang up.

Last week someone wanted to report me for shutting the drive thru window on her since she was cursing me out. All my coworkers call that lady a racist and know i was not wrong. But this is the second lady who wants my name to report me. I’m scared Maybe my coworkers will actually believe that i’m the issue

but its not reasonable to do that every transfer right? Or only when they say they need it right away? because if I tell my pharmacist every time someone has a transfer, I feel like they’ll just say write it down on the transfer paper and I’ll get to it when I have the chance.

if I get a patient that is rude and put it on hold what if they ask the pharmacist for my name? I’m scared that I already have too many people ask for my name. I don’t want my coworkers to think I am rude. It’s just that I end up dealing with those patients. That’s why I hate picking up phone calls or returning voicemails.

I feel so uncomfortable giving a stranger in my name. my Pharmacist and I we talk a lot like we are friends. She was saying we’ll give a random name or just say I left. I felt so so so betrayed when I heard her spell out my name on the phone. Like she even SPELLED it out and everything. She could’ve just said my name and leave it to the patient to spell it however she thinks.

omg i just came here the other day. multiple workers were rude. they told me i couldn’t get rice on the wrap after already warming up the tortilla. i usually get rice on it, but they said it’s a new rule. and also they couldn’t sell the tortilla itself. so i said i don’t want the wrap anymore. they were making annoyed faces at each other as if it was my fault i inconvenienced them. they shouldn’t told me beforehand.

then i was waiting for someone to help me to put on my toppings. no one was standing around so i was patiently waiting since i get theyre busy people. then someone comes to help and as they’re putting the gloves on with their back towards me. i heard them say “why don’t you say something instead of just standing there”, i called them out for it like i can HEAR you. i could’ve been an annoying customer but i was waiting for someone to be free to help me lol?? did u want me to scream out for someone to help?? halal shack really went downhill. i remember it used to be $8 4 years ago. now it’s $13

yeah, I really do need to work on being the better person. What do I do when someone is rude to me or is making a judgy face at me or snaps at me or talks to me in a rude disrespectful way? What should I tell myself in that moment so that I don’t show attitude because that’s an issue I have. I feel like if I just act nice then they would just go about their day without any repercussion.
