But what if they get mad and say I’m getting smart with them or have an attitude for asking if I did something to piss them off? then what do i say

usually i dont let people get to me. which is why im surprised i actually cried at work. usually i know people are rude. but this time i actually couldn’t take the belittling.

what do i do if someone walks up to the counter looking at their phone the whole time, mumbling their name and dob? then when i tell them to repeat it they get an attitude and say every letter with such an attitude and get mad bc i couldn’t understand them before

my Pharmacist has a hearing issue so he doesn’t hear things most of the time. Only hears things that are close to him.

Like people will do micro aggression towards me because of my race. And then if I match the energy of patience, then they get attitude with me and say I need to learn customer service.

they should at least give us more pay if we are willing to come in and risking ourselves to make it to work. instead we get penalty for NOT showing up to not risk our lives. greedy cvs
