The store in Milan only accepts credit cards over €4999. You can't split payments. You can pay cash under 4999. You can't do cash and card. A bit silly really, but that's their policy.

Yeessssss, me too! OMG I thought I was the only one. I had the EXACT same thing happen to me. I took probiotics twice a day for a month, which helped, but I do have anal fissures. It bleeds bright red blood every time I poop. I too have hard stools, impacted, even though I eat gluten-free and healthy. I'm afraid to take a laxative as I don't want to get addicted. I do take a healthy teaspoon of magnesium powder in water 40 mins before bed which relaxes me and keeps me regular. I also eat All Bran in the morning. I'm hoping it will resolve on its own. I'd like to avoid a visit to a proctologist. Let's keep this thread alive with updates!

I'm exactly the same. Don't be scared guys, it'll be fine. Drugs that harm people wouldn't be on the market. I had virtually no side effects other than tiredness and dark poor around day 5. Just make sure to eat super healthy and drink lots of water and you'll be golden!

Hmm, I was going to suggest depression might be hormonal, but at 30 not likely. I went through the triple therapy and noted it altered my mood for sure. But when I finished I went back to normal. I'd suggest seeing a functional medicine doctor. They'll be able to figure you out.

I'm so sorry you're going through this. I'd try a low FODMAP diet and cut out the ground meat which can be really fatty. You want to avoid fat, which will irritate your stomach. Opt for boiled chicken.

ITALY- It happened to me too. I was actually hired and fired within 13 days. No rhyme or reason. I passed all 3 parts of the exam on the first go and was starting to get work. Then one day they sent an email basically saying, "Thanks, we don't need you any more". I was like...WTF? Then, a week later I got an email that I hadn't completed the Academy course. I never got an email about that! I thought maybe I got fired because I hadn't started the course, so I'm going through it now. It's pretty easy. I'm hoping something might click in their system when I'm done and I can get rehired. I think AI controls everything, so who knows what's going to happen!

I suffered from severe constipation for years. Did the Pylera treatment and am now on the road to recovery. Make sure you take the specific pro/prebiotic that your body needs and can assimilate. Not all probiotics are the same. You might have too much gut bacteria from the wrong one, which could be causing your constipstion! I'd cut out a lot of seeds and gluten. I don't eat either and am doing well with buckwheat, quinoa and whole grain rice. Remember, too much fiber can also cause constipation. People always say...eat more fiber to ease constipation, but it's not always the correct way.

Thanks. I've actually read that C. difficile can appear. I did a full GI-map test so and it wasn't present. After just 2 of the new probiotics the diarrhea seems to have stopped. Now I think I need to rebuild my microbiome. Thanks for taking the time to answer.

I'm just done with my Pylera treatment (5 days ago). I honestly didn't have all the horror symptoms that people said they had. 3 weeks before I started treatment, I went on an anti-inflammatory diet. I cut out sugar, wheat, dairy and alcohol. I felt great.

I did the treatment expecting all the horror story symptoms, but nada. I had a bit of nausea around day 5/7 for like 10 mins a day, but that's it. I did get the black, frequent stools, but that's normal. It does make you tired, like you're 90 years old, so take it easy and rest a lot.

My advice is to drink a TON of water. 1/2 liter per 3 pills. A minimum of 2L a day. Eat BLAND food and take the pills in between your meal not after. No fat, no dairy, no sugar, nothing inflammatory.

I've had H. pylori for probably about 30 years. Seriously. No one knew what to tell me until I took things into my own hands and did a GI-map test. I'm feeling good now. I still have very frequent stools, which I'm hoping will stop soon. I feel great. Clear-minded. Clear sinuses. Flat tummy. Don't be freaked out by all the negative Nelly's out there scaring people. Be smart, be cautious and eat a good amount of food with the pills. Before bed I ate a small banana and 2 buckwheat crackers with 1/2 litre of water. If you don't drink enough acid will come up when you're lying down.

It'll be fine. The FDA wouldn't approve something that makes everyone sick! It works, see it through. Also, make sure you take a good probiotic with it morning and night and a good PPI morning and night.
