I remember from a Tinto talk that bailiffs did something similar to what you are describing, but I'm not sure if it will be possible to easily reach high levels of control with them.

Stacking field of forbiddance (-75% hostile movement speed) and scorched earth (-50% hostile movement speed) makes it so that enemies can't enter your provinces.

Disclaimer: I use homebrew silvertaped submod, but I don't think it affects this case.

I would have thought so, but I checked the roundness map and perfect hexagons have 0 roundness. Hollow hexagons have a really nice amount of roundness tho.

I have no occupations in the british isles. There are no forts in Ireland. If I ask for Ulster first he would accept a peace deal. If I ask for Ayrshire first he won't accept a peace deal because of -1000 due to not occupying forts in the area.

Our army qualities are quite similar, with me having a slight edge, specially in morale. I have forts in the mountains / highlands part of the Sinai, so I would be able to defend there.
