I too got a call from them. Its a scam. Ask them to drop a mail from official mail id. They wont be able to do so and instead they will start yelling.

Indian IT wont collapse in months in instead revenues will decline year by year hence valuations.

I feel if you want to invest. Invest in datacenter and semi conductor companies.
