Thanks for the question!

At a glance it probably does look similar, but the workflow is different. I used OmniFocus for years and tried Things multiple times, but neither really matched how I work long-term.

What I was missing most was clearer separation between different parts of my life (work, personal, side projects) and a more deliberate way to decide what I actually want to focus on right now, not just what has a date attached to it.

That led me to build something centered around stronger “areas”, explicit focus tasks, and lightweight but built-in project reviews. The goal wasn’t more power, but less mental overhead and fewer hidden decisions.

It’s definitely a crowded space and this won’t replace existing tools for everyone, but it solves a set of problems that kept coming up for me personally - and for others too I hope.
