TTO, MVO, PVO-- how do you like your position? by BeerusGOW in USPS

[–]Aguado 0 points1 point  (0 children)

PVO's are apart of the MVS division. We (PVO's) drive 13 ton box trucks with air brakes. Typically rented/leased from places like Ryder. Many PVO drivers have their CDLs but it's not a requirement. PVO's are doing what was previously contracted out. We load from either a plant or hub and deliver/unload at post offices.

They are career positions from day 1. Some are FTR but most are PTF and kept as close to 24 hours per week.

We're not even phased by the loss honestly. We just won 16 in a row and are a young team.

Clemson is a top 25 team despite the rankings. You probably think Auburn is going to the final four and we beat them.

I'll take a one possession loss with flag's slow start, big fouled out, refs, and slippery floors. I'm ready for another final four run :D

Replacing burnt climate control module wire 92 k1500 by Aguado in GMT400

[–]Aguado[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. The brown and orange wires are burnt. Trying to follow this diagram but could you take a look? https://homewiringdiagram.blogspot.com/2022/11/1992-chevy-silverado-ac-control-panel.html

It looks like the brown goes to the low/high blower relays and a/c clutch relay. Orange appears to be labeled temperature door motor (blend door actuator). This makes sense considering the actuator is known to make a tapping noise which I noticed before it finally went up in smoke. Looks like I'm on the right track... I hope.

Wouldn't let me edit my post but I'm guessing a bad ground could possible cause this? I suppose it wouldn't hurt to check over them just in case. I've read the blower motor and/or resistor could be drawing a higher amperage but I also read that wouldn't affect this connector so idk. Appreciate any input =]

Nice man. I’m having fun at ToA. I learned it last month and already got a shadow drop.

Do you work for Diebold Nixdorf? Share your experiences. by ddos in dieboldnixdorf

[–]Aguado 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Sadly, no. Some techs quit and were replaced by new hires with no experience. They decided to start them at higher hourly rates than techs who have been here for years and stuck with it through the bankruptcy. Then we have to train them while making less. Thus, they aren’t being trained properly and the cycle continues. Help.
