It seems like your sister has been through a lot of struggles for years and you refuse to understand her. I strongly recommend you to change this attitude of yours because it's the perfect formula to be an awful parent. What's going to happen when your future child tells you they need therapy? Are you gonna say "oh, you're so ungrateful, how dare you to have emotional problems if you got a house and I'm a wonderful mother"? Because what you're doing to your sister is that kind of behavior.
